Use this submersible all-in-one unit as the central pump and filter in your pond, choosing whether to run a fountain display, feed a waterfall, or combine both outputs depending on your layout.
Designed to support both waterfall and fountain outputs, with adjustable flow control to suit your setup.
What size pond does this all-in-one unit actually suit?
It's rated for fish ponds up to 2,500 litres and ornamental (fish-free) ponds up to 4,500 litres. The higher figure only applies if you're not stocking fish — fish increase the biological load, so stick to the 2,500L limit if you have koi, goldfish or similar. It's designed for small ponds, not large or heavily stocked systems.
Can I run a waterfall with this, and how high can it push water?
Yes, it supports a waterfall outlet with a 2m maximum head height — but that's the zero-flow point. In practice, expect noticeably reduced flow as you approach 2m, so it suits small cascades rather than tall features. It accepts 12–25mm hose and flow is adjustable via the T-piece splitter, so you can balance it with the fountain if running both.
How often does the UV bulb need replacing and can I do it myself?
The 9W UVC bulb should be replaced roughly every 6 months, or sooner if the top-of-casing indicator light stops illuminating. Replacement is user-serviceable: disconnect power, remove from water, unscrew the backing plate with a cross-head screwdriver, release the push clips, then access the bulb via the screw in the base. No specialist tools needed.
