An entry-level filter pump combining straightforward maintenance, efficient operation, and reliable performance.
Place unit at bottom of pond on a level surface, raised approximately 10cm from floor (using an upturned plant pot or clay brick) with outlet facing upwards.
Position pump at the opposite end to where water returns for maximum circulation. Water flows through as the pump's impellor draws it in.
Unit includes hosetail compatible with pond hose sizes 12-25mm (1/2" to 1"):
Cut inlet hose to appropriate size
Connect hose from pump to filter system or desired return position
Ensure watertight seal using hoseclips

This unit requires professional installation as it does not come with a fitted plug.
Installation Requirements:
Must be connected to a power supply protected by a 30mA RCD
Should be installed by a qualified electrician
All connections must be waterproof and properly rated for outdoor use
Power supply must be properly grounded

Always disconnect power before performing maintenance
Regular RCD testing is recommended
Keep all electrical connections dry and above water level

Regular Maintenance
Monitor and clean filter cage holes regularly to prevent blockage
Remove debris from clogged intakes to maintain motor performance
Consider raising pump position if area becomes very dirty
Cleaning procedure:
Remove impellor housing and impellor
Use clean water and small brush to remove debris
UV Bulb Maintenance
Check UV indicator light around unit body
Replace bulb if indicator doesn't light or after 6 months of use
Maintenance steps:
Disconnect power and remove from water
Remove backing plate with cross head screwdriver
Release push clips mid-unit to access foam
Access impellor via top clips
Access UV bulb through base screw
