Answer a few questions and work through the checks. Most problems are fixed here, with nothing to send back. If something does need to come back, we'll email you a prepaid label once we've looked at your answers.
Your legal rights are not affected by this page. You can cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery by telling us clearly (email is fine), and you have rights for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If this page doesn't fit your situation, just email support@powerbee.co.uk.
