Step 1 – Contact Us

Get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order. Let us know why you'd like to return it and we'll guide you through the process.

Step 2 – Return Your Item

Send the product back in its original condition, unopened where applicable, with any seals and packaging intact. Items must be in a re-sellable condition.

Step 3 – Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the date you received them
• Products must be unopened with any seals and shrink-wrap intact
• Items must be in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition
• Please include your order number with any return

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
• We are unable to offer refunds on items that are no longer in a re-sellable condition, although a partial refund may be offered at our discretion
• We reserve the right to apply a restocking charge to cover the costs of picking, packing, dispatch, inspection, and restocking of returned items
