Step 1 – Contact Us

Get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order. Let us know why you'd like to return it and we'll guide you through the process.

Step 2 – Return Your Item

Send the product back unused and in its original packaging, in a re-sellable condition. Please include your order number inside the parcel so we can match it up as soon as it arrives.

Step 3 – Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the date you received them
• Within the first 14 days, you may open the packaging to inspect your item as you would in a shop — items that have been used, installed or assembled may receive a deduction to reflect their diminished value
• Returns under our extended guarantee (days 15–30) must be unused and in their original packaging, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact
• Items must be in a re-sellable condition, with all components and accessories included
• Please include your order number with any return

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Returns made under the extended guarantee (after the first 14 days) are refunded less the delivery cost we incurred sending your order to you
• We reserve the right to apply a restocking charge to returns made under the extended guarantee, or to items not returned in their original condition, to cover the costs of picking, packing, dispatch, inspection and restocking
• Items returned in a condition that is no longer re-sellable may receive a reduced refund reflecting their diminished value; under the extended guarantee, we are unable to accept items that are not in a re-sellable condition
