Free 24‑Hour Tracked Delivery – Fast, Reliable & Simple
All PowerBee orders are dispatched on a Free 24‑Hour Tracked Service with Royal Mail or our approved courier.
If you place your order before 3:30 PM Monday – Friday, your parcel will arrive the next day. Orders received after 3:30 PM ship the following working day on the same 24‑Hour service and usually arrive the day after dispatch.
Saturday deliveries are included. There are no dispatches or deliveries on Sundays or UK Public Holidays.
Delivery Performance
Our 24‑Hour service is extremely reliable — over 95 % of orders arrive next day, and in most weeks this exceeds 98 %. While we cannot guarantee every parcel will arrive on the exact day, the service is tracked and fully insured for peace of mind.

Deliveries and dispatch do not take place on these dates. Orders received during holiday closures ship the next working day.
International Orders
We currently do not dispatch internationally. Our delivery service is available to UK Mainland addresses only.

Every parcel is fully tracked from dispatch to delivery. Although we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, our couriers consistently maintain a next‑day success rate above 95 %. There are no postage charges — delivery is always free.
