Use this kit by setting up the pump and filter system in your pond and then selecting the flow to suit your feature and filtration needs. It’s designed for small and medium ponds and can also be used to run a fountain display and circulation, depending on how you configure the included heads and lights.

The PowerBee Smart MPPT filtration system combines advanced solar technology with intelligent power management to deliver consistent performance. The system is primarily solar powered, with an optional mains input available to run the pump directly when required.
1. Before You Begin
Essential preparation steps to ensure a smooth installation.
Check all components are included in the box
Select an ideal sunny location for the solar panel
Decide whether solar-only or optional mains operation is required
Ensure pond area is ready for pump placement
2. Solar Panel & Battery Setup
Correct positioning of the solar components ensures best performance.
Install ground spike at approx. 45° angle facing south
Mount solar panel securely on spike or wall
Position battery box in a shaded, dry location
Connect solar panel to battery box (5 m cable supplied)
3. Pump Installation
Setting up the water circulation system.
Connect pump to battery box (3 m cable)
Place pump in pond using float attachment if required
Route cables neatly and safely away from water edges
4. Optional Mains Operation
For shaded gardens or extended operation, the pump can be powered directly from mains.
Optional mains/DC adaptor runs the pump directly
Mains power does not charge the battery
Use an indoor socket or a weatherproof outdoor socket
Consider cable length when choosing socket location

Installed in pond over a week ago a few days after we cleaned pond out , it had already started to turn green , It is still about the same color which is good as it would normally have got really bad by now, the fountain is really good , and holds power well .
Good value, could be more compact
Doesn’t cost that much more than to buy the pump alone...the 500 pump produced a steady flow through the filter and attached tubing.
