I've had other brands of battery powered security lights, they are still being used, but these (two for £35!) are brilliant (no pun intended) and are far brighter. As someone else has already commented, they will blind you if you look directly at them! Simply can't complain, great purchase, and am considering buying more. 5*

I am really surprised how long the batteries last for considering the amount of brightness the light produces, it lights up our entire driveway which is about 15 feet long, after 3 months its still going strong... very very impressed with this powerful little battery light highly recommended

much more powerful than you think for a battery security light we expected something less but got a lot more, 600 lumens packs a punch !! if you stand in front you cannot see anything if you look at the light directly as it will blind you! this is great for us as we just had someone try to break in our house the little xxxxxxx!!!!! now we have protection plus by the way it is very handy when you put the bins out :)
