Simply Charge the Battery with the USB cable, then turn on and select your brightness level, the base has a separate colour wheel and on / off touch sensitive button
Charge the battery via USB then the battery operates the LED lights
Led's are far more efficient than halogen, they convert the voltage in to light more easily making them up to 80% more efficient than standard halogen, thus saving a huge amount of money for an equivalent light
