Important Setup Notes
⚠️ Before first use, allow the solar panel to charge the battery for a full day in direct sunlight. This ensures maximum battery capacity and reliable operation. For winter storage, fully charge the battery, then disconnect all cables and store the pump and panel indoors.
1. Unpack & Position
Carefully unpack all components. Position the sphere water feature on a stable, level surface near where you want the fountain. Choose a location where the solar panel will receive maximum direct sunlight for optimal charging.
2. Assembly & Connections
Connect the water pump to the fountain hose and ensure it is fully submerged in the reservoir. Attach the LED light cable and pump cable to their respective sockets on the control housing located on the solar panel. Use the 5m cable for flexible solar panel placement. Secure the solar panel in the ground using the included spikes.
3. Filling & Start-Up
Fill the bowl reservoir with clean water until the pump is fully submerged. To switch on, press the power button once on the control housing. For quick charging, press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn the pump off and charge the battery faster in sunlight. The LED lights will illuminate automatically when the feature operates at night.
Battery & Runtime Tips
Battery status is indicated by a light: Green means fully charged (4–6 hrs runtime), Orange is medium (2–4 hrs), and Red is low (<1 hr). To prevent battery damage, avoid frequent manual activation when charge is low, and always keep the pump submerged in water.
Weather & Placement Advice
Performance is best in full sunlight. Cloudy conditions may reduce pump output and charging speed. For best results, keep the solar panel clear of obstructions and angle it toward the sun throughout the year.
Care & Maintenance
If the pump slows down or stops, unplug and clean the pump, filter, and impeller with fresh water to remove debris or limescale. Regularly wipe the solar panel with a soft cloth to keep it free of dust and dirt. In winter, run the feature dry, fully charge the battery, then store indoors.
