As part of our Powerbee Solar Range, these lights are fitted with Amorphous Solar Panels, the latest in Solar Technology. This ensures they continue to work throughout the year in the UK to a high standard, even through the winter months when other solar lights may fail.
Intelligent Timer Function
The built-in timer function ensures automatic operation, switching off 6 hours after activation and maintaining the same schedule daily for consistent illumination. For added reliability during less favorable light conditions, we've included a mains adapter option for direct power connection.
During the day the sun charge the rechargeable AA battery inside the solar panel (like a bee) that's why we called ourselves PowerBee.
This Lamp Post now features a timer function, ensuring it will switch off automatically 6 hours after you switch it on.
It will then switch back on/off again at the same time the next day!
These Solar Lamp Posts are fully automatic so you don't need to turn them on and off each night.
You may have to change the batteries every year or so but to be honest sometimes batteries can last for years
There is also an option to run directly from mains
A remarkably well priced Lamp Post and very Elegant, needs a good location for winter use as the time is limited but in Spring it comes in to its own and lasts all night most nights
