The light comes with a wall fixing bracket which takes minutes to install. It will turn on automatically at dusk and will remain illuminated for up 6 hours depending on the charge it has had during the day.
It is important to note that these lanterns should be installed on a southerly facing wall out of all shade to ensure that they work for longer periods of time anything other than this will reduce the amount of light time these products are advised for spring and summer use and although they will work in autumn and winter a little bit it will be for far less time.
During the day the sun charge the rechargeable AA battery inside the solar panel (like a bee stores energy in honey for use later) that's why we called ourselves PowerBee
