Very straightforward to use the app automatically connects itself to the the wall light, giving you complete control over colour, scheduling, brightness levels, scene selection modes including colour changing sequences, energey saving mode, you can even check your battery level from your phone.

Installation Guide for Smart APP Solar Wall Lantern

  2. Download 'Smart Life' App: Visit the App Store or Google Play Store on your iOS or Android device. Search for and download the 'Smart Life' app. Install and open the app.

  3. Create Smart Life Account: Follow the app's on-screen instructions to create a 'Smart Life' account. If you already have an account, log in using your credentials.

  4. Add Device: Inside the 'Smart Life' app, tap on the '+' icon to add a new device. Choose the appropriate category, likely 'Lighting,' and then select 'Solar Wall Lantern.'

  5. Prepare Solar Wall Lantern: Before mounting, activate the Solar Wall Lantern by turning on the switch usually located on the back or underside of the unit. Charge it in direct sunlight for a day for optimal performance.

  6. Mounting: Position the Solar Wall Lantern against the chosen wall. Use a level to ensure it is straight. Mark the spots for screws and plugs. Drill holes and insert the plugs. Secure the lantern in place using the provided screws.

During the day the sun charge the rechargeable AA battery inside the solar panel (like a bee :)) that's why we called ourselves PowerBee .
When dusk falls the charge stored in the batteries power the lights.
In the morning the lights turn off automatically and charge up again ready for the night ahead.
Our Patio Light is fully automatic so you don't need to turn it on and off each night, but you can operate them manually if you like.
You may have to change the batteries every year or so but to be honest sometimes batteries can last for years
