Wish I'd bought one sooner - having two ports from the charger now allows me to charge both my phone and the wife's at the same time!
It's designed well so that if it's not correctly inserted into the car cigar lighter, the front blue LED panel will not light up!
I've recommended this two several friends now - well worth the investment!
