Returns Policy :
We endeavour to ensure that our customers are fully
satisfied with their purchases made at PowerBee,
if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase
please do contact us, we offer a full money back guarantee
where goods are sold which are not fit for their purpose,
or are faulty in anyway, any returned goods other than faulty
goods should be packaged in their original packaging without
damage, and with the original advice note, within 14 days
of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or
send you a replacement - no questions asked.
Payment of refund will be completed in the same method of
payment that the customer originally used to purchase the goods.

refunds or replacements are made post engineers inspection
which usually takes 2/3 days to complete,
we cannot take responsibility
for refunds or returns where
product misuse has occurred, for example
innapropriate wet weather damage shock damage, or product tampering, this includes using non standard mains chargers with products. Any warranties and rights of return are voided if the product has been tampered with in any way, under no circumsatnces should the actual product be opened by the customer as detailed in the sales of goods act.
